Level of Care for 16-17 Year Olds on Adult Programmes
On the first day at school all 16 and 17 year olds take part in the induction, the Safeguarding Officer will introduce themselves along with the Welfare Officer, and ensure they understand that they are the main point of contact for any welfare issues.
On induction, students will be told:
- The role of each key member of staff
- The evacuation procedure in the event of an emergency
- How to stay safe in London
- UK Law relevant to under 18’s
- Student’s curfew
- Emergency phone
