Our Erasmus+ eligible programmes can support the objectives of staff mobility projects, depending on the participant's role and approved Erasmus+ mobility plan.
Erasmus+ eligible programmes at LSI
Intensive 30 – English
Our 30-lesson English programmes combine intensive general English with additional lessons focused on communication, fluency and specific language needs. Available at participating LSI schools in the UK.
Intensive 30 – French
Our 30-lesson French programme provides intensive French language training in an immersive environment at LSI Paris.
English for Teaching
Designed for teachers and education professionals, English for Teaching combines English language development with practical teaching-related content.
Participants can develop their confidence in: classroom communication, lesson planning, teaching methodology, classroom activities, authentic teaching materials, professional communication in English.
French for Teaching
French for Teaching combines French language development with professional development for teachers and education professionals.
Participants develop their French while exploring practical areas of teaching methodology, classroom communication and educational practice.
All of the above programmes can be used as part of an Erasmus+ mobility project where they meet the objectives and requirements of the participant's approved project.
Combined English + Teacher Training
For participants who want to combine language development with professional development, our teacher-training programmes offer the opportunity to develop both areas during the same mobility.
Typical daily structure: Morning -> English language lessons / Afternoon: Teacher training workshops

Erasmus+ Requirements
To participate, programmes must:
- Include at least 5 days of structured training
- Be relevant to the participant’s professional role
- Be part of an approved Erasmus+ mobility project
LSI's Intensive 30 English and French programmes, English for Teaching and French for Teaching programmes provide structured learning suitable for short-term Erasmus+ staff mobility.
Funding is managed by the sending organisation and may contribute towards course fees, travel, accommodation and subsistence, depending on the participant's Erasmus+ project.
